Monograms

Can you embroider a whole verse on my pillow?

With regard to how embroidery is done, we recommend a message or word of up to fifteen characters. Don’t worry, if we find that the text doesn’t fit, we’ll get back to you.

Can I have embroidery on a pillow from the MONTAUK collection?

Yes, embroidery is possible on pillows from all the collections. Monograms and Embroidery

How long will I wait for bed linen with a monogram or text?

The standard delivery time for your bed linen even with embroidery is within 10 days of ordering. If you need your new bed linen sooner, please e-mail us at info@marieli.cz. We’ll try to figure it out somehow.

Can you embroider my monogram in white?

Yes, embroidery is possible in white, as well as in other colours according to your wishes.

Duvets and Pillows

Where do you make duvets?

MARIELI goose down duvets are produced in the Czech Republic and are also suitable for allergy sufferers. You can find the range here: Duvets and Pillows

Can I have an atypical duvet size?

You can. Please e-mail us at info@marieli.cz with your request and the type of design you are interested in (MAKO BATIST or BATIST WITH CASHMERE). Please give us 5 days to send an offer. We do not have atypical sizes in stock.

Payment

You can pay us by BANK TRANSFER or CARD (ShoptetPay secure payment gateway). If you are in a hurry to get your bed linen, we recommend that you pay by card, it is secure and the payment is recorded immediately. It is also possible to make a payment via ApplePay. We are preparing GooglePay payments for you.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Information for payment by bank transfer will arrive with an order summary by e-mail. Please pay everything within 7 days in accordance with the details (do not forget the variable symbol). We will prepare your order as soon as the payment reaches our account.

Payment by cash on delivery is not possible in our e-shop.

Shipping and Delivery

You can choose several kinds of carriers. Zásilkovna delivery to address, Zásilkovna issue points, PPL to an address, PPL Parcel shop. Both carriers also deliver to Slovakia.

If the order weight exceeds 10 kg, only PPL shipping can be selected.

All our products will be delivered to you quickly and free of charge for orders over CZK 3,000.

We have bed linen and duvets in stock, if you order by 14:00, we will send your order the same day. Your order should reach you within 3 days of ordering. Everything also depends on the carrier and its current work load.

The selected carrier will inform you about the status of your order electronically and via text message. You can also track everything in their app on your phone.

Do you also deliver to Slovakia?

Yes, we also send shipments to Slovakia. You can pay in EUR. Just set the currency in the top right corner.

Can you deliver my shipment to a specific location/address?

In case you need delivery to a specific location/at a specific time. Please talk to us first and we will try to figure it out.

Can you wrap my goods as a gift or can I add a special personal message?

We will be happy to wrap your goods as a gift. Just write everything in the notes for your order and then we will arrange it individually with you.

Change of delivery time or address

If you need to change the delivery address after confirming an order, please contact the carrier you selected and arrange the change of address or time directly with the selected carrier.

Exchange and Return of Goods

A MARIELI shipment was damaged when it arrived

If your shipment arrived in torn, heavily crushed packaging, please do not accept it. It is necessary to prepare a complaint record with the carrier on the spot; please send a copy to us at info@marieli.com. We will contact you about how to proceed within a day of receiving your message.

Shipment content does not include ordered goods

In our warehouse, we will do everything to make sure this does not happen. However, should this situation arise, please send us a confirmation of the order received from us to info@marieli.cz. Please complete the return form and send the shipment back to us as instructed here.

How can I return or complain about an item?
