    Complaints, Returns and Exchanges of Goods

    Free with us.

    You have 14 days to return goods by law. They must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@marieli.cz, we will respond as soon as possible.

    You return goods to:

    Marieli a.s., U Nesypky 1255/3, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5.
    After receiving a shipment from you, we will evaluate the goods and send you a refund within 10 days to the account you specify.

    Please send goods to the address only by carrier. They will get to us faster this way.

    How to do it?

    1. Fill in the form found here: FORM for Return or Exchange of Goods

    It is important that the order number is included on the form.

    If you are interested in returning an item FREE OF CHARGE - please e-mail us at info@marieli.cz, we will send you a return code. All that is then required is to come to the shipping point with a code that is dictated to the issue point operator.

     

    2. Check and Pack the Product

    Pack the product you are returning carefully in the box in which you received the goods. Seal the box to ensure secure delivery to our warehouse.

    In order for us to accept the goods, please remember that the goods you send back to us must not be used, damaged or soiled. A product must be accompanied by a completed form for return or exchange of goods.

    3. Send the product back to us

    Just take the prepared box to a Zásilkovna or PPL issue point.

    Complaints about Goods

    We’re sorry something is wrong. Please contact us by e-mail on info@marieli.cz so that we know what happened and can discuss the next steps.

    We will process a complaint within 30 days, in case of a correctable defect we can fix it. Please send it to us clean and washed, otherwise a complaint may not be acknowledged.

    Please send the goods together with a copy of the tax receipt and the complaint form to us at Marieli a.s., U Nesypky 1255/3, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5.
